Green River Plantation is open seven days a week through the holiday season for a tour of the historic property and 42-room mansion. With over three levels to see on the guided tour, you’ll learn about North Carolina history and enjoy the splendor of the seasonal decorations inside the stately home. A wedding facility use fee covers wedding coordinator, use of two of our onsite locations (Outdoor Ceremony Site; Open Air Pavilion, or Gate House Facility), tons of wedding day decorations, live plants, music at your ceremony, and so much more. Plus we have the catering and cake services for your reception covered at an additional cost.

Green River Plantation can easily accommodate up to 250 guests on the grounds and Open Air Pavilion for a reception. For parties 110 or less, we recommend the Gate House Facility for receptions.
